Stock Snapshot
The stock position of one location on one day: units, levels, items below reorder point, value at cost and at retail. Written nightly by the Inventory app.
The Stock Snapshot business object represents the stock position of one location on one day: how many units and inventory levels it held, how many were below their reorder point, and what the stock was worth at cost and at retail.
Description
Use the Stock Snapshot object to see stock on hand over time. The Inventory app writes one snapshot per location every night; a report or chart over the snapshots shows how inventory value and coverage moved through the month. Snapshots are written by the app and are not meant to be edited by hand.
