Madhan is an Austin-based serial entrepreneur who builds companies that solve real problems for people. Leveraging 25+ years of product and technology expertise, he’s building AnyDB based on firsthand organizational scaling challenges.
Madhan previously bootstrapped FileCloud to serve over 3000+ global enterprises. He serves as an advisor to several startups, is a SCORE business mentor advising and helping other entrepreneurs growing their business. He holds an MS in Engineering from Boston University.

Radhakrishnan Sethuraman
COO
Radhakrishnan, based in Austin, USA, drives business and technology operations at AnyDB. Previously, he was SVP of Operations and a founding team member at FileCloud, and spent 14+ years at IBM’s Linux Integration Center.
With over 25+ years of experience, Rad specializes in scalable systems, Linux, and database technologies. He holds 23+ patents, co-authored a book on the Linux Standard, and earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

Anis Abdul
CTO
Anis leads technology strategy, innovation, and product architecture. He previously served as CTO of FileCloud for nearly a decade, helping the company grow into a leading platform for secure enterprise file services. Earlier in his career, Anis spent over 13 years at IBM’s Server Division, where he earned 17 patents in server system reliability and redundancy.
With deep expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and cloud infrastructure, Anis brings a strong track record of building enterprise-grade solutions. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Texas A&M University and is also an avid astrophotographer, capturing distant galaxies and nebulae from his backyard observatory.
