Troubleshooting

Open the task on the Teammate's Activity tab, or on the dashboard's History tab, to see what happened. Failed tool calls show the reason the tool gave.

You see	What it means	What to do
Teammates are not available yet.	The feature is not on for your team.	Contact AnyDB support.
Only team admins can see every Teammate	You opened AI Teammates without being a team admin.	Open a workspace and choose Teammates to see the Teammates working there.
A Teammate is missing from a workspace's Teammates tab	It doesn't work in that workspace.	A team admin can add the workspace on its Access tab.
A Teammate's settings are greyed out	You can see it but not change it.	Ask a team admin, or an admin of every workspace it works in.
New Teammate is disabled, or Workflow and Teammate limit reached	All of the plan's workflow and Teammate slots are used.	Pause a Teammate, disable a workflow, or upgrade.
Task Waiting for you with May I …?	An action is set to Asks first.	Approve or Decline, or Always allow that kind of action.
Task Waiting for you with a question	It needs information from a person.	Reply to continue, or Dismiss the question.
My monthly budget of N credits is used up	The Teammate's own budget ran out.	Raise Monthly budget (credits) on Schedule & budget, then reply to the task.
The team's AI credits are used up	The team ran out of AI credits.	Add credits or wait for the next period.
This month's workflow and Teammate executions are used up	The plan's monthly runs are used up.	Wait for next month, or upgrade.
Your team has reached its Free plan limit of …	A Free plan daily cap on email or connection calls.	Wait until 00:00 UTC, or upgrade to Business.
That is outside my job	The request is not part of its role.	Ask AnyBot, the right Teammate, or have an admin change its job.
I ran out of steps before finishing	The task was too big for one run.	Narrow the request, or split it into smaller tasks.
You may not email …: not on your email allowlist	The address is not on Who it may email.	Add it on the Access tab if it should be allowed.
Your policy does not allow you to …	That action is set to Never.	Change it on the Access tab if it should be allowed.
… is not a team / not a workspace / not a record	It used an id that does not exist.	Usually it corrects itself. If it keeps happening, check the record still exists and is in one of its workspaces.
A Google Chat post fails with You are not in the chat space …	It named a space it has not been added to.	Add the Chat app to that space in Google Chat.
Last task failed on the dashboard	Its most recent task in the range failed.	Open it to see why. Acknowledge clears it from Needs you.
