Limits, budgets and credits

Teammates share your workflow allowance

There is no separate licence for Teammates. They draw on the same allowance as your workflows:

FreeBusiness
Workflows and Teammates (combined)350
Workflow runs and Teammate runs per month (combined)5010,000

Other plans have their own numbers. Your current usage is shown on the Teammates tab and in Manage Team > Overview.

  • Configured items. Every enabled workflow and every active Teammate takes one slot. A paused Teammate does not, so you can pause one to free a slot. When all slots are used, you cannot create or resume a Teammate, or create or enable a workflow, until one is freed.
  • Monthly runs. Every Teammate run counts as one execution, the same as a workflow run. A task can take more than one run: it starts again after an approval, an answer, or a hand-off reply. When the month's runs are used up, workflows stop running and Teammate tasks wait as Blocked until the next month or a plan upgrade.

A Teammate's own budget

On Schedule & budget, Monthly budget (credits) sets how many AI credits the Teammate may use each month. No limit beyond the team's leaves it to the team's AI credits. The profile shows how much it used this month.

When it reaches 80% of its budget, the admin who created it is told. When the budget runs out, its tasks wait, the admin is told, and the task resumes when someone raises the budget.

Team AI credits

Teammates use your team's AI credits, like AnyBot. When the team's credits run out, Teammate tasks wait as Blocked.

Free plan limits on outside actions

On the Free plan, Teammates can:

  • email at most 10 recipients a day (team-wide), and
  • make at most 50 calls a day through MCP and agent connections (team-wide).

When a limit is reached, the Teammate is told it is a Free plan limit, it says so in its summary, and the admin who created it is notified once that day. The limits reset at 00:00 UTC; the Business plan raises them.

Safety limits on a single run

So that a run cannot loop forever, each run has a ceiling on steps, tool calls and time. A run that stops on the step limit says so; try a narrower request, or split it into smaller tasks.
