Shared With Me Tools
These tools act as a recipient of a share. They use only the shares granted to the authenticated user and never bypass a denial through the general record tools. To create and manage shares, see Views, sharing, and reports.

Fill in a shared form
- Find the form with
anydb_list_shared_forms, then inspect it withanydb_get_shared_form. Reading creates no draft. - Call
anydb_start_form_submissionwith a uniqueclientRequestId. Reuse the same value only to retry the same start, which avoids duplicate drafts. - Call
anydb_update_form_submissionto save field values. This saves a draft and does not submit it. Scalar fields are supported first; respect the server's validation and unsupported requirements instead of writing the record with the general tools. - Call
anydb_submit_form_submissiononce the user has asked to submit. Submission can trigger workflows and notifications. After an uncertain outcome, read the receipt withanydb_get_form_submissionbefore retrying.
