We have a big update to the system via the "Single Workspace* mode.
- Single Workspace Mode: Added a new single workspace mode that allows users to focus on one workspace at a time, improving navigation and reducing clutter. More Information: Workspace Tour
When opening a workspace, the system looks like an app, with record types on the left.
You can switch to all workspaces by either using the switcher next to the workspace name
or using the Single Workspace toggle.
- Dynamic Views: Added support for dynamic views that show different records to different users based on their identity. More Information: Dynamic Views
Use this when creating a user portal that allows users to submit forms and view only their submitted records or records specifically assigned to them via a job portal.
- Built-in View Tabs: Added support for bundling custom view tabs with a Type. The configured tabs are automatically created whenever a record of that Type is opened and can display child records, connected records, references, or search results. More Information: Built-in Views
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug in exporting views where dropdown select fields were not exporting correctly.
