Portal Forms

Share a form with invited guests when they need to create structured requests but should not create arbitrary workspace items.

Portal forms appear in the guest's request area. A customer can submit a Service Request, a vendor can provide compliance information, or a partner can send a project update. Each submission becomes a normal AnyDB record in the configured location.

Keep the form focused on external input and exclude internal status, assignment, and review fields. Explain what happens after submission and where the guest can see any record shared back with them.
