User-Specific Records

External experiences often need to show different records to different guests. Connect each record to the appropriate customer, vendor, partner, or guest identity rather than relying on a broad shared list.

Dynamic views can use the signed-in user's ID or email to return only matching records. One My Requests view can therefore show each guest their own data.

The filter improves presentation, while item sharing and permissions remain the security boundary. Do not assume that hiding a record from a view removes access that was granted elsewhere.

Test with multiple guest identities and confirm that each sees only the intended records.
