Filters and Sorting

Filters decide which records appear. Sorting decides the order in which those matching records are shown.

Build the narrowest filter that matches the view's purpose, then test it with records that should appear and records that should not.

Saved views are shared globally. Unsaved filter changes can be used for a temporary personal investigation without changing the view for everyone.
