Calendar Views

Calendar View positions Records by a selected Date or Timeline field. Use it for promised dates, appointment dates, maintenance windows, or deadlines.

A Date places a request on one day; a Timeline can span multiple days. Requests without a value in the chosen field do not appear.

Dragging a request to another date updates that field on the underlying record. Creating a request from a calendar date prefills the selected date field.

The calendar changes only the presentation. The same requests remain available in table, card, and other views.
