Using Comments
Comments keep questions, decisions, and follow-up beside the record they concern. Use a record comment for the item as a whole and a cell comment when the discussion concerns one specific field.
Write comments that make the next action clear. Mention the relevant person when you need their attention, and include enough context that they do not have to reconstruct the issue elsewhere.
Prefer comments over separate messages when the conversation should remain part of the record's working history. Update the actual fields as decisions are made; comments explain the work but should not replace structured data.
Comments added are marked as Unresolved and can be marked resolved when action is completed.
