Viewing History and Versions

History helps explain how a record reached its current state. Use it to review activity, comments, and changes without relying on memory or separate messages.

For saved record versions, open the Versions tab and select Access Versions. Choose an earlier version or move through the available versions to inspect its contents.

If you need to restore an earlier state, select Revert to this version only after confirming it contains the values you want. Reverting is a meaningful record change, so consider changes made by other users since that version.
