How AnyDB Is Different

Many flexible tools let teams shape information quickly, but leave it scattered. Traditional business systems connect information, but can be difficult to change. AnyDB is designed to be both flexible and connected.

Start with real business things

AnyDB is built around objects. An object represents something meaningful to the business, such as a customer, project, warehouse, asset, order, or inspection.

Each object can:

  • hold its own fields, files, comments, and history
  • contain related objects
  • link to other independent objects
  • present the information in a layout people can easily use

Model the way people think

People can describe a system using familiar relationships, such as a Project with Tasks, Vendors, and Contracts. The model can grow as the business changes without forcing every part of the system to be redesigned.

A connected AnyDB object model

AnyDB organizes information around the real things a business works with.
