Sending Notifications

Use Send Notification for in-app attention and Send Email when the message must reach recipients outside their current AnyDB session.

Choose recipients from record ownership, assignment, groups, or explicit addresses. Include the record name, the event that occurred, the expected next action, and a link to the record.

Notify only people who can act or genuinely need awareness. Repeated low-value messages train users to ignore important ones.

Test dynamic recipients and content with sample records, including cases where an assignee or email value is missing.
