My first template/solution: a vehicle inspection/checklist
Imagine you’re a package delivery driver using a truck to make deliveries. On a certain route, your truck breaks down and stops working due to a lack of oil. The result? Delays, high costs, and dissatisfied customers.
This scenario could have been avoided if a simple checklist/inspection of the vehicle had been performed before departure.
This is the idea of the template, to remind and facilitate vehicle inspection steps, thus acting preventively to avoid high-impact problems.
Additionally, this form can be used on mobile devices and reviewed by third parties.
