Thank you detailed screenshots. We can see what is going on.
Here is a short explanation on what is going on:
You are actually having 5 objects of type artikel record.
3 of the 5 (aaaaa, ccccc, bbbbbbb) objects are present in the /root of the database. ie., they are the direct children of the “test crm” database. This can be inferred from the 2nd screenshot you posted.
The remaining 2 objects(Wine, bier) are present under the /Artikelen folder. This can be inferred from your 3rd screenshot.
Regarding the Workspace and Dataviews:
Workspace view shows only objects attached to the parents you are viewing. In your case its /root or Artikelen folder.
Data view shows all objects present in the system irrespective of their parents.
It gives some clairity but it stays confusing. I just add Artikel records to this simple CRM App but depending on the way I navigate I see 3, 5 or 8 Articles. As an AnyDB-admin i will understand it someday but for AnyDB-users?
I have created an internal work item to improve this either by adding more clues in the UI or change the navigation a little bit. We should be able to get to it right after the holiday season. I can keep you posted on the changes that we choose and will get your feedback on this.
Thank you for taking time in reporting these useability issues.
