AnyDB Tip: Get more of your vehicle inspections (Vehicle Records Combination)

Let’s assume you manage a logistics company and one of your vehicles needs to be inspected before departure to ensure it won’t have problems.

Then, in AnyDB, you can use the Vehicle Inspection Report Record to help you inspect the vehicle.

Additionally, in order to track a vehicle ID, ownership and details, you can also attach a Vehicle Record to it:

  1. Click on Attach and then, on New

  2. In the Search bar, type and select: Vehicle

Then you can connect the inspection checklist record to the vehicle record:

Finally, you can also attach a Vehicle Fuel Log Record in order to track fuel costs:

  1. Click on Attach and then, on New

  2. In the Search bar, type and select: Vehicle Fuel Log

    1. Then you can fill out the fuel log
