"add inventory item" under table not updating calculated field

I downloaded the standard Inventory Management solution.

When I use the button “add inventory items” on top of the field D6/Table in the Warehouse form then the field “num items” of the warehouse is correctly updated directly.

But when I use the button below the in field D6/table of inventory items then the calculated field Num Items of the warehouse is not updated directly (only after a refresh of the page).
But when I delete an inventory item then the calculated field Num Items” is updated correctly directly.
