What Views Do

A view is a saved way of presenting records. It controls which records appear, which fields are visible, their order, and the layout used to work with them.

These views do not copy the requests. Editing a Service Request through one view updates the same record everywhere it appears.

Design each view around a job or decision, not around showing every available field.
