Public Versus Internal Forms

An internal form is shared with team members or groups and appears in their forms area. Use it when identity, workspace membership, or internal context matters.

A guest form requires an invited external collaborator to sign in.

A public form uses a link and can accept anonymous submissions without an AnyDB account.

Public users cannot see earlier submissions, but the form should still avoid exposing internal-only fields or instructions. Use an expiration date or disable the form when an intake period ends.
