Use Simulate to check trigger data and action sequencing without persisting record changes or sending notifications, emails, or webhooks.

Then run controlled tests with sample records for matching, non-matching, and missing-data cases. Confirm both the intended result and the absence of unwanted side effects.

Execution history shows recent run status, duration, trigger, action results, record links, field values, and email details. When something fails, inspect the first failed action and verify permissions, field mappings, dynamic references, and trigger conditions.

Keep the automation disabled until realistic tests pass.
