Start with a valuable foundation​

A team might begin with a workspace for projects, a Type for projects, and the records needed for active work. That is already a usable system.

Add structure as the process matures​

Over time, the system can gain:

• new information on existing Types
• new Types for related business objects
• connections between previously separate processes
• views for different roles and decisions
• forms, workflows, and portals for additional participants

Preserve continuity​

The system evolves around the connected records already in use. New capabilities add context and reach without requiring the organization to rebuild its operational history from scratch.
